What bullshit piece of advice.
If I was truly living in the moment, I'd have no motivation. I wouldn't be going to school. I'd be partying (or, rather, attempting to find friends to party with). I'd be doing impulsive and reckless things, including, but not limited to, skydiving, racing, bungee jumping, and identity theft. I'd probably be in jail/dead by morning.

It's hard to live in the moment for a prolonged period of time. Most of our lives are filled with long amounts of time thinking about the future, with short periods of moment-living fun. (Ha. Don't you love how I make up phrases?). But, anyway, it's good to have long-term goals. And it's good to think about what's going to happen tomorrow.
That way, you won't wake up in jail, half-naked, drunk, and wondering what the hell happened.
